This project was a complete exterior update of a 3 building, 10 story, 460 unit, 400,000 square foot apartment complex utilizing multiple swing stages and lifts to access complex building features. The results from this unique design provided a modern update to a dated complex, allowing ownership to better compete with newer buildings in a very competitive apartment market.
