This project was a complete repositioning by an owner with a vision for a largely ignored, 16 story, 165,000SF value add property. The exterior renovation, in coordination with a local artist, transformed the dated building into a landmark and provides a dramatic example of what can be done with a creative and willing approach in the value-add market.
